本文探讨了MTT吸收光度法用于化疗药物敏感性测定的理化参数,及其与克隆形成试验的比较。我们的实验结果表明此法可以准确并定量地反映了化疗药物的细胞毒效应,特别是亚致死性损伤。实验方法简单,易于实现药物敏感测定自动化和半自动化。
This article discusses the physicochemical parameters of MTT absorption spectrophotometry for chemotherapeutic drug susceptibility testing, and compares it with cloning formation assays. Our experimental results show that this method can accurately and quantitatively reflect the cytotoxic effects of chemotherapeutic drugs, especially sub-lethal damage. The experimental method is simple and easy to implement automated and semi-automated drug sensitivity assays.
