文章以52个国家级高新区作为样本,基于Malqmquist指数对中国高新区技术赶超进行分解测度,并采用后向逐步回归方法提炼出关键影响因素。结果显示:中国高新区技术赶超主要是由技术前沿面上移和管理效率提升推动的;资本推进战略对全要素生产率改善起到了抑制作用,而资本深化起到了推动作用;专业化集聚和母城科技投入未促进高新区技术赶超。根据上述研究结果,高新区应该进一步强化创新资源集聚、增进创新孵化功能及优化空间资源。
Taking 52 state-level high-tech zones as samples, the article decomposes the technology catch-up of China’s high-tech zones based on the Malqmquist index and uses the backward stepwise regression method to extract the key influencing factors. The results show that the technology catch-up in China Hi-tech Zone is mainly driven by technological advancement and management efficiency improvement. The capital promotion strategy has played a restraining role in the improvement of total factor productivity, while capital deepening has played a catalytic role. Specialized agglomeration and mother City investment in science and technology did not promote technological catch-up in high-tech zones. According to the above research results, the Hi-tech Zone should further strengthen the concentration of innovative resources, enhance the function of innovation incubation and optimize the space resources.
