为进一步提高砂层钻遇率、提高中靶精度,满足技术人员对定向井、水平井实钻井眼轨迹的监测、调整,吐哈录井工程公司通过对水平井导向技术以及近两年来吐哈地区水平井资料的分析与研究,立项开发了水平井三维地质导向系统,实现了现场水平井资料实时采集、实时成图等多项功能,在生产实践中,横向上通过地层对比系统完成水平段卡层;在纵向上通过对井眼轨迹水平投影图、垂直投影图、井眼轨迹三维图分析实现水平轨迹导向,以保证准确判断钻头是否按设计轨迹穿行。该系统在玉平8井钻井工程中,为技术人员进行监测、管理、决策提供了依据,圆满完成了录井任务。
