近10年来,高温治疗癌症的研究已为国内外日益所重视.在实验研究方面应用42.5～45℃高温与放疗或化疗相结合灭活癌细胞取得了许多令人鼓舞的结果.我们优选出完全使癌细胞失活而机体又能耐受的最佳局部高温固化热剂量65℃/5min.对此,在狗的组织病理学与细胞化学实验中得到了证实.因此,采用65℃/5min局部高温固化具有安全可靠性.我们认为局部高温65℃/5min固化方法可用于中晚期癌症的治疗.
