本文在实地调查江咀沟地质背景、形成区物源特征、流通区沟道特征及堆积区的结构特征和成份特征基础上,系统分析了江咀沟泥石流的动力学特征、输砂量以及危险性。研究表明,受瓜达沟断层和昌昌断层破碎带、岩性、岩体结构、新构造运动、地形及人类工程活动的综合影响,沟内物源丰富,流通区狭窄,沟道堵塞较为严重,为高度危险泥石流沟,50年一遇洪水泥石流输砂量为16.78×104m3,对下游水电库区淤积有一定影响,但程度有限。
