社会经济的持续不断发展以及经济全球化的快速推进,经济可持续发展逐渐被提上日程,日渐成为当前我国现代经济的重要发展方向之一。而企业作为发展经济的重要主体,其管理水平直接关系到企业最终的经济效益,进而也会直接影响到整个社会经济的发展状况。对于企业而言,人力资源管理是重要的管理之一,其直接关系到整个企业的管理水平,高效的人力资源管理工作对于提升企业综合经济效益意义深远。文章则重点分析人力资源管理与经济可持续发展之间的关系。
The continuous development of social economy and the rapid progress of economic globalization have gradually brought the sustainable development of economy into the agenda and gradually become one of the important development directions of our country’s modern economy. As an important subject of economic development, the management level of an enterprise is directly related to the ultimate economic benefits of the enterprise, which in turn directly affects the development of the entire society and economy.
