研究了鳞片状石墨、人造石墨及其两者混合质量分数0.1%碳纤维后,分别对铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料摩擦性能造成的影响。结果表明,人造石墨与碳纤维混合使用能更好的降低摩擦系数,提高导热性能。而鳞片状石墨单独使用相较其他三组在不同转速下摩擦系数和磨损量大都较低,且能相应减小对磨盘的损伤程度,有更好的实用价值。
The effects of flake graphite, artificial graphite and their combination of 0.1% carbon fiber on the friction properties of copper-based powder metallurgy friction materials were studied respectively. The results show that the mixed use of artificial graphite and carbon fiber can better reduce the friction coefficient and improve the thermal conductivity. The scaly graphite used alone compared to the other three groups at different speeds, friction coefficient and wear volume are mostly lower, and can reduce the damage on the disc, have better practical value.
