原子荧光法是测定硒的常规检测方法。建立以硝酸和过氧化氢为消解体系对大米样品进行微波消解处理,用原子荧光法测定大米中硒含量的方法。硒在0.00μg/L~20.00μg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法的检出限为0.006μg/g,加标回收率在92.0%~104.0%间,标准样品平行测定的相对标准偏差小于2%。该方法具有操作简便快速、灵敏度高、准确度好和用酸量少等优点,适用于大米样品中硒的测定。
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry is a routine method for the determination of selenium. A method for determining the content of selenium in rice by microwave digestion treatment with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide as digestion system was established. The linear range of selenium in the range of 0.00μg / L ~ 20.00μg / L was good, the detection limit was 0.006μg / g and the recoveries were 92.0% ~ 104.0%. The relative standard deviations of standard samples were less than 2 %. The method has the advantages of simple, rapid operation, high sensitivity, good accuracy and little acidity, and is suitable for the determination of selenium in rice samples.
