在采用循环流化床 (CFB)锅炉燃烧含硫量较低的难燃煤种时 ,往往不需要设置石灰石制备给料系统 ,SO2 就能达到国家排放要求。在此 ,煤的自脱硫性能对于降低SO2 的排放非常重要。分析了影响煤自脱硫性能的各种因素 ,通过试验煤种在 1MWth(CFB)燃烧试验台上的试烧 ,得出煤自脱硫效率随床温的变化关系 ,并对此进行了分析。试验结果对于深入了解煤的自脱硫性能有重要意义
When CFB boiler is used for combustion of coal with low sulfur content, it is not necessary to set limestone feed system, SO2 can meet the national emission requirements. Here, coal’s self-desulfurization performance is very important for reducing SO2 emissions. Various factors affecting coal self - desulfurization performance were analyzed. The relationship between self - desulfurization efficiency and bed temperature was obtained through trial burning of coal on 1MWth (CFB) combustion test bench, and the analysis was carried out.
