应用流式细胞计量术对3例正常泪腺、18例多形性腺瘤和21例恶性泪腺上皮性肿瘤进行DNA含量的定量测定。结果表明,正常泪腺细胞为二倍体。多形性腺瘤仍具有正常泪腺细胞的二倍体DNA含量特征,其含最的显著增多,将提示肿瘤的恶性潜势。恶性肿瘤DNA含量明显增多,异倍体率达76.2%。DNA指数与恶性肿瘤的病理分类无关,而随肿瘤组织分化程度的降低而增高。恶性肿瘤细胞增殖活性明显高于多形性腺瘤。DNA指数的异常增高不仅与细胞的异形性、实体型生长类型密切相关,而且也与浸润生长所致的临床行为有关。但与肿瘤大小无关。
Flow cytometry was used to quantify DNA content in 3 cases of normal lacrimal gland, 18 cases of pleomorphic adenoma and 21 cases of malignant lacrimal gland epithelial tumor. The results show that normal lacrimal cells are diploid. Polymorphic adenomas still have the characteristics of diploid DNA content of normal lacrimal gland cells, with the most significant increase of which will suggest the malignant potential of tumors. Malignant tumor DNA content increased significantly, aneuploidy rate of 76.2%. DNA index and pathological classification of malignant tumors has nothing to do, but with the degree of differentiation of tumor tissue increased. Proliferation of malignant tumor cells was significantly higher than that of pleomorphic adenoma. Abnormal increase of DNA index is not only closely related to cell atypia and solid growth type, but also to the clinical behavior caused by infiltration growth. But has nothing to do with the size of the tumor.
