本文从酒店管理专业的中职学生的生源质量与数量、入学门槛、传统观念影响等方面,分析中职酒店管理专业教育目前存在的一些问题。并结合企业角度、社会角度进行剖析,并对学生在校期间的专业教育和职业素养的培养与构建提出建议。 This article analyzes some existing problems in vocational education of hotel management specialty from the quality and quantity of students, the threshold of entrance to school and the influence of traditional concepts of secondary vocational students majoring in hotel management. And make an analysis from the angle of enterprise and society, and put forward suggestions on the training and construction of students’ professional education and professional accomplishments during their school days.
