Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a group of metabolic syndrome caused by genetic and environmental factors [1]. According to statistics from the Diabetes Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the incidence of T2DM in China is currently 9.7% [2]. Islet cell dysfunction and insulin resistance IR are two important pathophysiological bases for the development of T2DM. To this end “sugar toxicity ” and “insulin resistance ” become our focus. 1 sugar toxicity “sugar toxicity ” plays a very important role in the development of T2DM. When islet β cells can not secrete enough insulin, blood sugar increased. Hyperglycemia has a two-way effect, short-term hyperglycemia on insulin secretion and glucose utilization have a stimulating effect, and when long-term chronic blood glucose continued to rise, especially
