班级文化建设是学校德育工作的重要环节,以往多是由教师主导开展。我校探索在教师主导之外,通过引进社工服务、增强学生主动性的方式,使班级文化更好地开展,具体表现为:以社工服务辅助班级团队文化、宣传文化的创建;让学生主动参与创建班级制度文化、宣传文化、班会文化和团队文化。这一系列的探索将增添班级文化活力、凝聚力以及增强学生对班级的归属感。
The construction of class culture is an important part of school moral education. In the past, most teachers were the leaders. Our school explores ways in which class culture can be better developed through the introduction of social work services and student initiative through the introduction of social work services, in addition to teacher-centeredness.
