1目的 探讨糖尿病病人红细胞变形能力 (ED)与红细胞膜脂质过氧化物 (L PO)及血浆补体激活片段 (s C5 b- 9)浓度变化的关系。2方法 采用 DXC- 30 0 A核孔滤膜红细胞变形能力测定仪、硫代巴比妥酸比色法和酶联免疫吸附法 (EL ISA) ,检测了 79例糖尿病病人红细胞滤过指数 (EFI)、红细胞膜 L PO和 s C5 b- 9浓度变化。3结果 糖尿病病人 EFI,L PO和 s C5 b- 9明显高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (t=6 .2 5 0~ 2 6 .119,P<0 .0 0 1)。有血管病变者各指标增高较无血管病变者更明显 (t=8.82 5~ 2 0 .0 0 0 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。糖尿病病人和有血管病变者 EFI与 L PO和s C5 b- 9呈正相关 (r=0 .714,0 .779,P<0 .0 0 1)。4结论 糖尿病病人 ED降低与红细胞膜 L PO和血浆 s C5 b- 9浓度增高有密切关系。
1 Objective To investigate the relationship between the erythrocyte deformability (ED) and the concentration of erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation (L PO) and plasma complement activation fragment (s C5 b-9) in diabetic patients. 2 Methods DXC-30 0 nuclear membrane erythrocyte deformability meter, thiobarbituric acid colorimetric method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EL ISA) were used to detect the erythrocyte filtration index (EFI) of 79 diabetic patients ), Red blood cell membrane L PO and s C5 b-9 concentration changes. 3 Results Diabetic patients EFI, L PO and s C5 b-9 was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant (t = 6 .250 ~ 26.119, P <0.001). The indicators of vascular lesions were higher than those without vascular lesions were more obvious (t = 8.82 5 ~ 2.00. 0 0, P <0. There was a positive correlation between EFI and L PO and s C5 b-9 in diabetic patients and those with vascular lesions (r = 0.148, 0.779, P <0.001). 4 Conclusion ED patients with decreased ED and erythrocyte membrane L PO and plasma s C5 b-9 concentrations are closely related.
