一、考试对象、性质和目的 高等职业学校招收中等职业学校毕业生考试,是中等职业学校毕业生参加的选拔性考试。根据国家颁发的《职业高级中学(三年制) 饭店餐饮服务教学大纲(试用)》的基本要求,结合中等职业学校毕业生教育特点,兼顾普通中专、职业高中和技工学校教材内容,以选拔人才为宗旨,特制定本考试大纲。 二、考试目标与形式 饭店餐饮科目考试旨在测试考生对餐饮服务专业的基础理论知识、基本技能知识及专业技能操
