目的:了解HIV合并肺结核患者中CD4、HIV-RNA对肺部肿大淋巴结的区域、个数、肿大程度上的影响。方法通过回顾性的方式对162名HIV合并肺结核的肺部影像学资料、CD4、HIV-RNA浓度进行数据相关性分析。并且以CD4、HIV-RNA浓度为基准,将患者分为CD4正常组和低下组,HIV-RNA正常组和升高组。探求其不同浓度与肺部结核病灶及肿大淋巴结的区域、淋巴结的个数、淋巴结肿大程度、结核病类型的关系。结果研究完成时我们发现治疗CD4低下组肺部肿大淋巴结的区域、淋巴结的个数、肿大程度均大于CD4正常组,而存在明显差异。HIV-RNA升高组肺部肿大淋巴结的区域、淋巴结的个数、肿大程度均大于正常组,而存在明显差异。肺结核性质与肺部病灶部位患者CD4、HIV-RNA浓度无统计学差异。结论 CD4浓度越低或HIV-RNA浓度越高,淋巴结肿大的区域、淋巴结的个数、肿大程度越严重,但结核病灶部位与结核病发病的类型无关。“,”Objective:To understand HIV merger pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with CD4,HIV-RNA area of enlarged lymph nodes,the number to the lungs,sweling degree of influence.Methods:By means of retrospective the lung imaging data of 162 HIV amalgamative tuberculosis,CD4,HIV-RNA concentration data correlation analysis. And CD4,HIV-RNA concentration as the benchmark,divided the patients into low CD4 group and normal group and normal group and increased HIV-RNA.To explore the different concentration and lung area of enlarged lymph nodes,the number of lymph nodes,the relationship between extent of lymph node enlargement,the types of TB.Results:Research is finished we found that the treatment of low CD4 group lung area of enlarged lymph nodes,the number of lymph nodes,sweling degree were greater than normal group,CD4 and obvious differences.Tuberculosis (TB) type with CD4,HIV patient - RNA concentration is no statistical difference.Conclusion:The lower CD4 concentration or HIV-the higher the concentration of RNA,area of lung lymph node enlargement,the morethe number of lymph nodes, sweling, but has nothing to do with the type of the disease.
