针对一个生厂商一个销售商组成的二级供应链,当生厂商采取批量生产等量运输时,考虑到第一次订购的提前期包含生产启动时间和生产时间,提出各订购周期设置不同再订购点和采取不同的提前期压缩策略,建立了一个具有服务水平约束的提前期可控的一体化库存模型。最后利用模型性质设计迭代算法,并以实例验证模型和算法的有效性。
For a two-tier supply chain consisting of one vendor of a manufacturer, when a manufacturer takes the same quantity of transportation for mass production, taking into account that the lead time of the first subscription includes the production start-up time and the production time, it is proposed that the subscription cycles be set differently Point and adopt different lead-time compression strategies to establish an integrated inventory model with service-level constraints and lead-time controllable.
