目的研究血液透析用水中Na、K、Mg、Ca离子的检测方法,保证血液透析用水安全。方法 YY 0572-2005《血液透析和相关治疗用水》规定,血液透析水中Na、K、Mg、Ca离子的检测方法为原子吸收法。该法研究了离子色谱法检测血液透析用水中Na、K、Mg、Ca离子的检测方法。结果该法可以同时检测4种离子,精密度RSD均<5%,样品加标回收率为96.3%~108.0%,Na、K、Mg、Ca离子的检出限分别为0.009、0.019、0.014、0.026 mg/L。在0.1~10mg/L曲线范围内有良好线性关系,相关系数均在0.9995以上。结论离子色谱法检测血液透析水中Na、K、Mg、Ca,灵敏度高,回收率好,能满足血液透析水的检测要求。
Objective To study the detection methods of Na, K, Mg and Ca in hemodialysis water to ensure the safety of hemodialysis water. Method YY 0572-2005 “hemodialysis and related treatment of water” provides that hemodialysis water Na, K, Mg, Ca ion detection method for atomic absorption method. The RSDs of precision were less than 5% and the spiked recoveries were 96.3% -108.0%. The detection limits of Na, K, Mg and Ca were 0.009, 0.019 and 0.014, 0.026 mg / L. In the range of 0.1 ~ 10mg / L curve has a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficients are above 0.9995. Conclusion Ion chromatography detection of hemodialysis water Na, K, Mg, Ca, high sensitivity, good recovery, to meet the detection requirements of hemodialysis water.
