目的评价新型国产便携式或眼镜式两用望远镜助视器的临床应用价值。设计回顾性病例系列研究。研究对象低视力门诊就诊的低视力患者98例(188眼),其中盲38眼,低视力142眼。方法戴用望远镜助视器,观察患者远视力的改变。主要指标视力、脱盲(远视力≥0.05)率、脱残(远视力≥0.3)率。结果60例(115眼)选用单筒便携式望远镜,9例(15眼)选用单筒眼镜式助视器,29例(58眼)选用双筒眼镜式助视器。38眼盲中33眼远视力≥0.05,脱盲率为86.8%;142眼低视力中115眼视力≥0.3,脱残率为81.0%;远视力≥0.5者47眼(占33.1%)。结论新型国产两用望远镜助视器具有较高的临床使用价值,可作为低视力患者看远常用的助视器。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of a new type of portable or glasses-based dual-purpose telescope. Design retrospective case series. The study included 98 eyes (188 eyes) with low vision, of whom 38 eyes were blind and 142 eyes were low vision. Methods Wearing a telescope visual aid to observe changes in patients with far vision. The main indicators of vision, blindness (distance vision ≥ 0.05) rate, disability (distance vision ≥ 0.3) rate. Results Sixty cases (115 eyes) were selected monocular portable telescope, 9 cases (15 eyes) were monocular glasses and 29 eyes (58 eyes) were binocular glasses. Thirty-three eyes of 38 eyes had a distant vision ≥0.05, a blindness rate of 86.8%; 115 eyes of 142 eyes with low vision had a visual acuity of ≥0.3, a disability rate of 81.0%; and 47 eyes with distant vision ≥0.5 (33.1%). Conclusion The new domestically produced dual-purpose telescope has a high clinical value and can be used as a visual aid for patients with low vision.
