目的克服记录蛙坐骨神经干动作电位的示波器图像不稳、图像参数测量精确度不高和记录困难等缺点。方法用微机作为蛙坐骨神经中动作电位的处理设备的功能。结果处理后的动作电位图像清晰稳定,动作电位的潜伏期和时程的测量均可精确到μs,波幅的测量精确到μV。结论微机是神经干动作电位的有效精确的处理设备,值得在生理实验中推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To overcome the shortcomings of oscilloscope image instability, poor accuracy of image parameter measurement and recording difficulties of recording frog sciatic nerve trunk action potentials. Methods Using the computer as a frog sciatic nerve in the action potential processing equipment functions. The results of the treatment of the action potential image clear and stable, the action potential latency and time measurement can be accurate to μs, the amplitude measurement accurate to μV. Conclusion Microcomputer is an effective and accurate treatment device for neural stem action potentials, which is worth popularizing in physiological experiments.
