以一种传统的双酚A型环氧树脂制备方法为基础,合成了一种低黏度的双酚A型酚醛环氧树脂。在合成双酚A型环氧树脂的实验过程中,n(BPA):n(ECH)=5∶1,醚化时间5h,闭环时间5h,得到的双酚A型环氧树脂色泽最浅,黏度较低适用于合成双酚A酚醛环氧树脂。实验中以原料环氧氯丙烷为分散介质无外加溶剂,制备了具有低粘度,易于调配的双酚A型酚醛环氧树脂,此种树脂性能优异,更适用于做复合材料特别是碳纤维预浸料生产的基体树脂。
