通过对煤矿井下打捞工艺进行分析,明确了采用套铣打捞工艺处理塌孔、卡钻、埋钻等事故的可行性与实用性。根据套铣打捞工艺施工要求,结合定向钻机及配套钻具参数,设计了能够满足额定扭矩12 000 Nm钻机使用要求的φ102 mm套铣打捞钻杆。现场工业性试验表明,采用套铣打捞工艺处理近水平定向钻进时孔内事故(塌孔、卡钻、埋钻等)可行性较强,套铣打捞钻杆结构设计合理,能满足套铣打捞工艺的使用要求。
Through the analysis of coal mine salvage technology, the feasibility and practicability of using the sleeve milling and salvage process to deal with collapse holes, stuck holes and buried burrs were clarified. According to the construction requirements of the package milling and salvage process, the φ102 mm drilling and fishing rod capable of meeting the service requirements of 12 000 Nm rated torque torch was designed according to the directional drilling rig and the matching drilling parameters.
