以运载火箭典型复杂容错控制系统为研究对象,基于全概率公式和系统功能框图将复杂系统分解,推导建立了控制系统可靠性模型,给出了系统可靠性定量分析的方法和公式,并进行了计算分析。结果表明本文建模方法简单可行,对于复杂容错系统可靠性建模及定量分析具有很好的参考价值,可以在运载火箭可靠性建模分析、方案优化中推广应用。
Taking the typical complex fault-tolerant control system of the launch vehicle as the research object, the complex system is decomposed based on the total probability formula and the system functional block diagram. The reliability model of the control system is deduced and the method and formula for the quantitative analysis of the system reliability are given. Calculation. The results show that the modeling method in this paper is simple and feasible, and it has good reference value for the reliability modeling and quantitative analysis of complex fault-tolerant systems. It can be applied in the reliability modeling and optimization of carrier rockets and scheme optimization.
