目的 :研究阿魏酸钠对大鼠贮脂细胞株 HSC- T6增殖及胶原合成的影响。 方法 :采用肝贮脂细胞株 ,以细胞增殖抑制率为指标 ,用噻唑蓝 (MTT)法测定药物对大鼠贮脂细胞株 HSC- T6增殖的影响 ;通过 3H-脯氨酸掺入法测定药物对 HSC- T6胶原合成的影响。 结果 :阿魏酸钠对大鼠贮脂细胞株 HSC- T6增殖及胶原合成的抑制率随药物浓度增加(2 8.9～ 46 2 .6 nm ol/ L)而升高 ,呈药物浓度依赖关系。 结论 :阿魏酸钠在体外对大鼠贮脂细胞株 HSC- T6增殖及胶原合成具有较明显的抑制作用
Objective: To study the effect of sodium ferulate on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of rat HSC-T6 cells. Methods: The hepatic steatosis cell line was used to evaluate the effect of the drug on the proliferation of HSC-T6 cells by MTT assay. The 3H-proline incorporation assay Effect of drugs on the synthesis of HSC-T6 collagen. Results: The inhibitory rate of sodium ferulate on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of HSC-T6 cells increased with increasing drug concentration (8.92 ~ 46.26 nmol / L) in a drug concentration-dependent manner. CONCLUSION: Sodium ferulate has obvious inhibitory effect on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of rat HSC-T6 cells in vitro
