一直以来我国电力企业人才培训的大部分精力都放在培养人才的技术工作能力上,而忽略了人才培养首先是人的培养。情商培训对员工的人际关系处理能力,自我激励效应,还有团队的凝聚力等都有十分重要的意义。其会影响员工心理素质,使团队整体的工作氛围积极向上。本文结合电力企业的实际情况与情商培训的特点,分析了情商培训的着力点和其对电力企业发展的作用。
All along, most of the personnel training in power enterprises in our country have focused on cultivating the ability of technical work, while neglecting the cultivation of personnel first is the cultivation of people. Emotional intelligence training is very important for employees’ interpersonal skills, self-motivation and team cohesion. It will affect the psychological quality of employees, so that the team’s overall positive working atmosphere. Based on the actual situation of power enterprises and the characteristics of EQ training, this paper analyzes the focal point of EQ training and its role in the development of power enterprises.
