目的观察采用椅旁CAD/CAM修复系统制作玻璃陶瓷牙合面贴面修复严重磨耗后牙12个月临床效果。方法选择27位患者的39颗严重磨耗的活髓后牙,牙合面少量预备后,采用CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM系统与IPS e.max CAD瓷块即刻设计、制作0.8~1mm厚的牙合面贴面完成粘接修复。修复后随访12个月,统计修复成功率,记录失败模式并分析原因。结果观察期结束时,一例贴面患者失访,其余所有修复体都维持稳定状态并功能良好。观察期内1例上颌第一磨牙贴面出现边缘微小折裂,未累及粘接面。1例下颌第二磨牙出现粘接边缘的轻度着色,累计成功率为94.7%。结论采用椅旁CAD/CAM系统与IPS e.max CAD瓷块制作薄层牙合贴面即刻修复严重缺磨耗后牙的临床效果良好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of repairing severe abrasion teeth 12 months after using the chairside CAD / CAM repair system to make glass ceramic occlusal veneers. METHODS: Thirty-nine severely worn live pulp and posterior teeth of 27 patients were selected. After a small amount of occlusal preparation, the dental CAD / CAM system with CEREC chair and the IPS e.max CAD ceramic block were designed immediately to make a 0.8-1mm thick occlusal Face veneer to complete bonding repair. After 12 months of follow-up, the success rate of recovery was calculated, the failure mode was recorded and the reason was analyzed. Results At the end of the observation period, one case of veneer was lost and all remaining prostheses remained stable and functional. During the observation period, one case of maxillary first molars showed micro-edge rupture without involving the adhesive surface. One case of mandibular second molars showed slight coloration of adhesive edges, with a cumulative success rate of 94.7%. Conclusion The use of chair-side CAD / CAM system and IPS e.max CAD porcelain block to make thin layer occlusal surface to repair severe wear and tear of posterior teeth has a good clinical effect.
