目的观察炎琥宁治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将100例手足口病患儿随机分为试验组50例和对照组50例。试验组予以静脉注射5~10 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)炎琥宁+葡萄糖注射液50~100 m L,每天1次;对照组予以10~15 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)利巴韦林+葡萄糖注射液100 m L,分2次静脉滴注。2组患者一个疗程均为7 d。治疗后,比较2组患儿的临床疗效、临床症状消退时间(疱疹消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、治愈时间)、不同时间(治疗前和治疗后24,48,72 h)谷丙转氨酶、血尿素氮、肌酸酐的水平以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,试验组的总有效率96.00%显著高于对照组84.00%(P<0.01)。试验组的疱疹消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、治愈时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后24,48,72 h,试验组的谷丙转氨酶、血尿素氮、肌酸酐均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为12.00%与16.00%(P>0.05)。结论炎琥宁治疗儿童手足口病具有良好的临床疗效,并能减短临床症状改善时间与住院时间,能有效地降低患儿的谷丙转氨酶、血尿素氮、肌酸酐水平。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yanhuning in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods 100 cases of HFMD were randomly divided into experimental group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The experimental group was given intravenous injection of 5 ~ 10 mg · kg -1 d -1 Yanhuoning + Glucose 50 ~ 100 m L once a day while the control group was given 10 ~ 15 mg · kg ~ (-1) · d ~ (-1) ribavirin + glucose injection 100 m L, divided into 2 intravenous drip. One course of treatment in both groups was 7 days. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, clinical symptom subsided time (herpes disappearance time, body temperature recovery time, healing time), ALT, blood levels at different time (before treatment and 24, 48, 72 h after treatment) Urea nitrogen, creatinine levels and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (96.00% vs 84.00%, P <0.01). The herpes disappearance time, body temperature recovery time, healing time were significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.01). At 24, 48, and 72 hours after treatment, alanine aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental and control groups were 12.00% and 16.00%, respectively (P> 0.05). Conclusion Yanhuning treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease has a good clinical efficacy, and can shorten the time to improve clinical symptoms and hospital stay, can effectively reduce children with alanine aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine levels.
