作者报道5例双侧明显不对称之腰大肌。男4例,女1例,年龄31~74岁,因外伤、淋巴瘤、不明原因腹痛等行腹部、盆腔CT检查。所有病人腰大肌上部正常,双侧对称,但于L_2~L_5水平,一侧腰大肌突然变细,2例为右侧,3例左侧,1例自变细段示明显脂肪浸润,余4例为正常肌肉组织,但直径缩小,腹、背部及盆腔内肌肉未见异常,无代偿性肥大或脊柱侧凸及神经或肌肉骨骼系统疾病,步态、肌张力和反射正常,下肢对称、无病理反射。
The authors report 5 cases of asymmetric psoas major bilateral. 4 males and 1 females, aged 31 to 74 years old, due to trauma, lymphoma, unexplained abdominal pain such as abdomen, pelvic CT examination. The upper part of psoas muscle was normal and bilaterally symmetrical in all patients. However, at the level of L_2 ~ L_5, one side of psoas muscle suddenly became thinner, two cases were right side, three cases left side and one case of autologous thin section showed obvious fatty infiltration, The remaining 4 cases of normal muscle tissue, but reduced diameter, abdomen, back and pelvic muscles without exception, no compensatory hypertrophy or scoliosis and neurological or musculoskeletal system diseases, gait, muscle tone and reflexes, lower extremities Symmetrical, pathological reflex.
