报道３０例脑震荡的９９ｍＴｃ－ＥＣＤ脑血流断层显像。９９ｍＴｃ－ＥＣＤ的积聚程度与局部脑血流量（ｒ－ＣＢＦ）呈正相关。脑震荡着力部位和（或）对冲部位局部可出现ｒ－ＣＢＦ减少，而在ＳＰＥＣＴ（Ｓｉｎｇｌｅｐｈｏｔｏｎｅｍｉｓｓｉｏｎｔｏｍｏｇｒａｐｈ）三维层显像中显示出来。
Thirty cases of concussion 99m Tc-ECD cerebral blood flow tomography were reported. The degree of 99mTc-ECD accumulation was positively correlated with regional cerebral blood flow (r-CBF). Concussion site and (or) hemodialysis site may appear r-CBF reduction, and SPECT (Singlephotonemissiontomograph) three-dimensional imaging showed.
