在广泛搜集资料、查阅现有教材和学术研究的基础上,分析了“电力企业管理”的课程定位和教学目标,建立了课程的知识体系框架,理顺了内容之间的逻辑关系,讨论了行动导向教学方法在该课程教学中的应用,研究了课程相关教学资源的配置问题,试图提出一种新的课程体系设计思路,以期满足学生和企业需要,供专业教师在教学实践中探讨研究,持续改进。
