以京秦线200km/h提速区段为例,说明在既有线上采用了TVM300和TVM430不同的速度控车模式及相应的地面点式设备,因此,要满足200km/h区段配套建设CTCS-2级地面列车运行控制的要求。提出将目前的TVM300阶梯控车模式改为CTCS-2级的一次连续控车模式,并相应修改既有机车信号车载设备芯片软件;地面相应配套列控中心、点式应答器及电子编码器(LEU)并修改轨道电路编码等;临时限速命令通过TDCS/CTC系统向临时限速管辖车站及邻站下达调度命令;按最新部颁《机车信号信息定义及分配》的要求,统一区间移频轨道电路编码信息。
