对石油员工来说,一旦进入该行业,就意味着牺牲和奉献。在调查中,我们发现各大企业对于心理援助都有不同程度的涉猎。进行较早的企业如辽阳石化,早已将十几年来的心理指导案例整合成书,作为员工进入车间的必读教材。也有的企业如辽河油田脱离了民间互助的形式,吸收国外先进经验,引进EAP(员工援助计划)项目,有系统地进行心理干预,使基层的问题由“应急解决”向“经常解决”转变,将矛盾消除在萌芽。那么,对员工进行心理援助,终点在于何处?心理援助仅仅是解决思想政治问题的一个帮手吗?让我们听听西安石油大学心理研究所所长郑林科教授的解答。
