骨髓坏死十分少见,国内至今只报道22例。我院最近见到一例,现报道如下: 患者,男性,57岁,以全身骨痛、发热半月入院。入院前有氯霉素用药史,1.5g/d约10日。体检:全腹轻压痛,以上腹明显,无肌紧张。腰椎轻度压痛及叩痛。克氏征(一),巴氏征(一)。实验室检查:Hb75g/L,WBC18×10~9/L,分类:N88％,L12％,BPC80×10~9/L。腰椎穿刺结果:脑压及脑脊液常规与生化检查均正常。肝功能,SGPT65U,总蛋白3.5g％,清蛋白2.3g％,球蛋白1.2g％,AKP68U％(金氏法)。血培养两次 Bone marrow necrosis is very rare, so far only 22 cases reported in China.
