山东省作为教育大省,近几年来农村学前教育发展迅速,具体表现为:教育规模扩大、教育质量得到提升、教师流动性减小等。但山东省农村学前教育仍存在一些问题,如:幼儿园财政收支不平衡、教师数量不足,教师专业能力不高、地方教育资源利用方式单一等。针对这些问题,笔者提出要加大农村学前教育投入,确保学前教育公益性和普惠性;扩大教师队伍,提高教师专业水平;加强监督,“质”“量”同步;开发地方教育资源,开展特色教育活动;以城带乡,共同促进学前教育的普及和发展。
Shandong Province, as a major education province, has witnessed rapid development of preschool education in rural areas in recent years. The specific measures are as follows: the scale of education is expanded, the quality of education is enhanced, and the mobility of teachers is reduced. However, there are still some problems in pre-school education in rural areas in Shandong Province, such as the unbalanced revenue and expenditure in kindergartens, the shortage of teachers, the low professional competence of teachers and the single use of local educational resources. In response to these problems, the author proposes to increase investment in preschool education in rural areas to ensure the public welfare and inclusiveness of pre-school education; to expand the ranks of teachers and improve the professional standards of teachers; to strengthen supervision and synchronize the development of “quality” and “quantity” Education resources, carry out educational activities with special features; take urban areas and townships to jointly promote the popularization and development of pre-school education.
