【目的】 探讨儿童单纯性肥胖症是否引起凝血、纤溶指标的改变。 【方法】 采用免疫比浊法、乳胶凝集法和发色底物法检测 30例单纯性肥胖症患儿及 30例正常对照儿童的血浆纤维蛋白原 (fg)、D 二聚体 (D dimer)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物 (PAI 1)活性 ,并进行二组比较。 【结果】 fg肥胖组明显高于对照组 (t =3 .14 9,P <0 .0 0 1) ,PAI 1活性值肥胖组明显高于对照组 (t =3 .471,P <0 .0 1) ,D dimer阳性率肥胖组高于对照组 (χ2 =4.6 3 ,P <0 .0 5 )。 【结论】 儿童单纯性肥胖症存在凝血、纤溶系统功能异常
【Objective】 To investigate whether simple obesity in children caused changes in coagulation and fibrinolysis. 【Method】 The plasma levels of fibrinogen (Fg), D dimer (Fg), cTnA and cTnA in 30 children with simple obesity and 30 normal controls were detected by immunoturbidimetry, latex agglutination and chromogenic substrate method. , Plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI 1) activity, and the two groups were compared. [Results] The obesity group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t = 3.149, P <0.001). The activity of PAI 1 in obesity group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t = 3.47, P <0. 0 1). The positive rate of D dimer in obesity group was higher than that in control group (χ2 = 4.6 3, P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 There is coagulation and fibrinolytic system dysfunction in childhood simple obesity
