目的优选六味地黄生物制剂最佳醇沉工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以丹皮酚含量、多糖含量及浸膏得率为指标,考察六味地黄生物制剂的药液浓度、醇沉浓度、醇沉时间对醇沉工艺的影响,对试验结果进行综合评分。结果最佳醇沉工艺为:药液浓度为0.25g/ml,在温度为25℃时加入适量的乙醇使含醇量为65%,醇沉24 h。结论优化的醇沉工艺稳定可行,保证六味地黄生物制剂质量稳定可控。
Objective To optimize Liuweidihuang biological agents alcohol precipitation process.
