为降低循环流化床过程控制系统现场调试的风险,提高其适应性和可靠性,基于云制造的思想,通过设计基于预测的喷水减温对象模型和基于线性回归的脱硫效率对象模型,并进行合理封装,实现对制造资源的虚拟化;在此基础上,使用典型的PLC、DCS、数模转换设备和服务器等硬件设备,建立一种循环流化床脱硫过程控制半实物云仿真实验系统,为制造企业、研究与设计机构等云请求端用户提供脱硫过程控制系统的生产过程模拟、优化操作参数验证、控制算法仿真与性能分析等云制造服务。以某钢铁企业烧结生产的烟气脱硫过程为例,说明了仿真平台的使用方法,并验证其有效性。
