Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor of the digestive system, its death rate accounts for the sixth of malignant tumors in our country, located in the United States No. 4. In recent years, the incidence of pancreatic cancer is on the rise, 5-year survival rate is still low, the median survival after diagnosis of 4 to 6 months [1]. The traditional treatment methods are surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, but with the further study of the molecular mechanism of pancreatic cancer, it is possible to treat them at the gene level. This review summarizes the current status, progress, existing problems and future prospects of gene therapy in pancreatic cancer in recent years.
