目的:探讨生石灰、硫磺对土壤pH、川芎生长发育、产量及镉含量的影响。方法:选取川芎主产区典型的酸性地块和碱性地块,采用随机区组设计,以生石灰处理酸性地块,硫磺处理碱性地块;出苗后调查出苗率,川芎生长期间定期取样,分别测定根际土壤pH、苗高、地上部和地下部鲜重,收获后测定川芎产量及镉含量。结果:生石灰可提高酸性地块的土壤pH值,随施用量增加呈增高趋势,同时可显著改善川芎生长发育状况,生石灰处理的川芎苗高、地上部鲜重和地下部产量均显著高于对照,川芎药材中镉的积累量也显著低于对照;硫磺可显著降低碱性地块的土壤pH值,但施用硫磺影响川芎出苗,导致缺窝,且显著增加川芎药材中镉的积累量。结论:生石灰不仅可提高酸性地块的土壤pH值,降低川芎药材中镉含量,而且能有效改善川芎生长发育,促进川芎产量提高,可作为酸性土壤的改良剂。
Objective: To investigate the effects of quick lime and sulfur on soil pH, growth and development of Chuanxiong rhizome, yield and cadmium content. Methods: The typical acidic and alkaline plots of the main producing areas of Chuanxiong were selected. The random block design was adopted to treat acidic plots with quicklime and basic plots were treated with sulfur. After emergence, the rate of emergence was investigated. Periodic sampling was taken during the growth of Chuanxiong rhizome. Rhizosphere soil pH, seedling height, fresh weight of aerial part and underground part were determined respectively. After harvest, the yield and cadmium content of Chuanxiong rhizome were determined. Results: Quicklime could increase the pH value of soil in acidic plots and increase with the increase of application rate. At the same time, the growth and development of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort could be significantly improved. The seedling height, shoot fresh weight and shoot yield of lime were significantly higher than those of CK , And the accumulation of cadmium in Chuanxiong rhizome was significantly lower than that of the control. Sulfur could significantly reduce the pH value of soil in alkaline plots. However, the application of sulfur affected the emergence of Chuanxiong rhizome, resulting in the absence of nest and significantly increasing the accumulation of cadmium in Chuanxiong. CONCLUSION: Quicklime can not only increase soil pH value in acidic plots, reduce the content of cadmium in Chuanxiong, but also effectively improve the growth and development of Chuanxiong and promote the production of Chuanxiong rhizome.
