研究了湿法锌冶金常规工艺酸浸渣的微波干燥技术。对湿基含水率为23%左右的酸浸渣在不同功率和不同物料量下的湿基含水率变化曲线进行了研究。结果表明微波功率的影响较物料量显著,不同条件下湿基含水率降低至10%所需的处理时间为3~38min。采用响应曲面法对微波功率、物料量和辐射时间进行优化,得到预测模型。在微波功率465W、物料量230g、辐射时间6.2min的优化条件下,理论湿基含水率为9.87%。优化条件下的平行实验验证了优化过程的可行性与合理性。
The microwave drying technology of acid leaching residue in wet zinc metallurgy conventional process was studied. The change curves of wet-based moisture content of acid leachate with moisture content of about 23% at different power and different materials were studied. The results show that the influence of microwave power is more significant than the amount of material. Under different conditions, the treatment time required to reduce the moisture content to 10% is 3 ~ 38min. The response surface method was used to optimize the microwave power, material quantity and radiation time to get the prediction model. Under the optimal conditions of microwave power of 465W, material quantity of 230g and irradiation time of 6.2min, the theoretical water content of wet matrix is 9.87%. The parallel experiments under the optimized conditions verify the feasibility and rationality of the optimization process.
