目的研究4种植物精油驱蚊贴对白纹伊蚊的驱避效果,并评估其持效性和实际使用效果。方法采用蚊笼叮咬法和Y型圆筒法进行室内生物测定,模拟房现场法观察现场驱避效果,问卷调查评估推广应用前景。结果在蚊笼叮咬法1中,香茅油驱蚊贴的驱避效果最好,达到78.2%,其次为复方精油驱蚊贴的驱避率为56.0%。Y型圆筒法测试结果显示,5%驱蚊酯驱蚊贴驱赶90%蚊虫到达无药端的时间最短,为10 min;香茅油驱蚊贴次之,为14 min。所有测试的驱蚊贴在24 h后驱蚊效果明显减弱。模拟房驱避效果观察显示,5%驱蚊酯的驱避率最高,达到72.4%;香茅油驱蚊贴次之,为68.4%。推广应用调查反映大多数使用者对香茅油驱蚊效果感到满意。结论香茅油驱蚊贴具有良好的驱蚊效果,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To study the repellent effect of four kinds of plant essential oil repellent on Aedes albopictus and to evaluate their efficacy and practical effect. Methods The mosquito cage bite method and Y-cylinder method were used for indoor bioassay, the field test method was used to observe the repellent effect in the field and the questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the promotion and application prospects. Results In mosquito cage bite method 1, citronella oil mosquito repellent posted the best repellent effect, reaching 78.2%. The repellent rate of compound essential oil mosquito repellent was 56.0%. Y-cylinder test results show that 5% repellent insect repellent paste repellent 90% mosquito arrived at the drug-free end of the shortest time for 10 min; citronella repellent paste followed by 14 min. The mosquito repellent effect of all the tested mosquitoes was significantly weakened after 24 h. Observation of repellent effect in simulated house showed that the repellent rate of repellent 5% was the highest, reaching 72.4%; followed by citronella repellent 68.4%. The survey on the promotion of application reflects that most users are satisfied with the insect repellent effect of citronella oil. Conclusion citronella repellent paste has a good repellent effect, it is worth further promotion and application.
