制备了高含量ZnO/EVA胶膜。研究了ZnO粒径、用量等对复合胶膜导热性能、力学性能以及粘接性的影响。比较了晶须ZnO与粉状ZnO对复合胶膜导热系数的影响。采用热重分析仪测定了胶膜热失重曲线,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了复合胶膜中ZnO的分散和界面结合状态。复合材料导热系数的实验结果与Maxwell-Eucken模型较吻合,但Maxwell-Eucken模型只适用于低填充情况。
A high content ZnO / EVA film was prepared. The effects of ZnO particle size and dosage on the thermal conductivity, mechanical properties and adhesiveness of the composite films were studied. The effects of whiskers ZnO and powdered ZnO on the thermal conductivity of composite films were compared. The thermogravimetric analyzer was used to measure the thermogravimetric curves of the films. The ZnO dispersion and interfacial bonding in the films were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results of the thermal conductivity of the composites are in good agreement with the Maxwell-Eucken model, but the Maxwell-Eucken model is only suitable for the case of low filling.
