建立了适应我国中小型企业发展柔性制造系统的分层分布式控制体系结构 ;同时提出了FMS分层分布式控制系统的建模方法。为了使控制系统中各功能实体具有局部自治能力 ,建立了CORBA基础的FMS分层分布式控制软件结构模型和通用报文传输模型。在遵循CORBA规范的Orbix2 .3c平台和VC6 .0的编程环境下 ,开发了FMS控制系统软件 ,并在无锡职业技术学院的FMS中得到验证
The hierarchical distributed control architecture that adapts to the development of flexible manufacturing system for small and medium-sized enterprises in China is established. At the same time, the modeling method of FMS hierarchical distributed control system is proposed. In order to make the functional entities in the control system have local autonomy, CORBA-based FMS layered distributed control software architecture model and universal message transmission model are established. Under the programming environment of Orbix2.3c platform and VC6.0 which follow CORBA standard, FMS control system software has been developed and verified in FMS of Wuxi Vocational and Technical College
