为了探讨内皮细胞舒张因子合成抑制产生之心血管病理生理变化及意义.本研究长期给大鼠腹腔注射内皮细胞舒张因子抑制剂—左旋硝基精氨酸,发现大鼠血压明显持续性增高、心率减慢、心功能代偿性增强,主动脉环对去甲肾上腺素和内皮素收缩反应增强,对乙酸胆碱舒张反应减低,血浆和组织内皮素(ET)增高,组织—磷酸乌苷活性减低,血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ和肾素活性减低,血浆丙二醛增高.病理显示肾小球动脉内皮细胞增生,内膜增厚,内膜下玻璃样变性.
