目的为制作胎儿全身动脉铸型标本提供改良方法。方法选用男性胎儿新鲜尸体,采用逆流冲洗法、多位点插管分步灌注法分别从脐静脉、双侧脐动脉和主动脉升段上下插管,并采用过氯乙烯、ABS等材料作为填充剂进行灌注,以制作出胎儿全身动脉铸型。结果制作的胎儿全身动脉铸型标本整体效果好,三维立体感强,构型美观,既能观察局部,又能体现整体。结论逆流冲洗法、多位点插管分步灌注法是解决冲洗胎儿全身血管和灌注填充剂过程中血管极易破裂难题的改良方法。
Objective To provide an improved method for making fetal whole body arteries. Methods The male fetus was freshly cadaveried. A retrograde irrigation method and a multi-site intubation perfusion method were used to intubate the umbilical vein, bilateral umbilical arteries and the aortic lumens, respectively, and filled with PVC, ABS and other materials Agent for perfusion to make a fetal whole body artery mold. Results The whole model of fetus with whole body arteries had good overall effect, strong three-dimensional sense and beautiful configuration, which could not only observe the local but also reflect the whole body. Conclusion The countercurrent irrigation method and multi-site intubation step-by-step perfusion method is an improved method to solve the difficult problem of rupture of blood vessels in the process of washing whole body blood vessels and perfusion filling of fetus.
