采用温室栽培接虫鉴定与田间套种自然鉴定相结合,对9个大豆育种新材料和品种进行了抗鳞翅目害虫鉴定及评价试验研究,用目测抗虫指数调查法,计算平均抗虫指数,得到综合抗虫指数进行评价。结果表明,大豆育种材料和品种12-1、滇豆6号、滇豆7号对鳞翅目害虫抗性表现为抗虫(R);大豆育种材料和品种11-1、29-1、67-1、89-1、滇豆4号、滇豆5号对鳞翅目害虫抗性表现为中抗(MR)。试验结果品种间差异明显,调查及评价方法简便易行,为大豆田间抗虫品种筛选及利用提供理论依据。
The identification and evaluation of nine lepidopteran pests were conducted by using the identification of greenhouse cultivars and the natural identification of field intercropping. The pest resistance against lepidopteran was studied in nine new soybean breeding materials and cultivars. The average insect resistance index, Get comprehensive insect resistance index for evaluation. The results showed that the resistance of soybean breeding materials and varieties 12-1, Dian Dou 6 and Dian Dou 7 to Lepidoptera was resistant to insects (R); soybean breeding materials and cultivars 11-1, 29-1, 67 -1,89-1, Dian Dou No.4 and Dian Dou No.5 showed resistance to Lepidoptera pest (MR). The results showed that there were significant differences among the cultivars, and the methods of investigation and evaluation were simple and easy to provide a theoretical basis for selection and utilization of insect-resistant varieties in soybean field.
