值此职业教育不断加强内涵建设发展之际,《教育部关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》(教职成〔2014〕9号文)提倡探索建立校企联合招生、联合培养、一体化育人的长效机制,逐步建立起政府引导、行业参与、社会支持,企业和职业院校双主体育人的中国特色现代学徒制。本文根据在研究和实践中的某校高职市场营销专业现代学徒制试点为案例,试图从可行性、人才培养方案、推进举措、考核方法、保障措施等方面进行有效探索,提出了相应的具体解决方法和措施,以期起到抛砖引玉的作用。
On the occasion of the continuous strengthening of vocational education and connotation construction and development, the “Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Carrying Out the Work of Modern Apprenticeship” (Teaching Staff into [2014] No. 9 Document) advocates the establishment of school-enterprise joint enrollment, joint training and integrated education People’s long-term mechanism and gradually establish a modern apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics led by the government, industry participation, social support, and both the enterprises and vocational schools. Based on the case study of modern apprenticeship course of a higher vocational marketing major in research and practice, this paper attempts to explore effectively from the aspects of feasibility, personnel training plan, promotion measure, assessment method, safeguard measure and so on, and puts forward corresponding concrete Solutions and measures to play a valuable role.
