In Hong Kong, journalism is multi-colored. There are more than 50 evening posters in Hong Kong’s daily Chinese daily newspapers, with a total sales volume of over 1 million copies. On average, every third Hong Kong citizen owns a newspaper. Statistics have also been compiled that there are nearly 1,000 news stories in Hong Kong and other parts of the world published daily by various newspapers in Hong Kong. Such a large amount of news mainly comes from newspapers’ capable newspaper reporters and news agencies in various countries. More than 100 organizations have been set up in Hong Kong by news agencies around the world. Therefore, the analogy of Hong Kong to the window of world news is very apt. The news provided by news organizations of different political backgrounds turns the window into a colorful one.
