近两年来,广州的楼市一直有降价的趋势。去年广州第一季度商品房售价比上年同期下降了4%,而第二季度也下降了3%,全年下降约3.5%,而同期35个大中城市楼价反升3%,形成了鲜明的对比。如定要从芸芸降价楼盘中找出没有降价反而升值的,就惟有山景盘。山景盘到底有什么优势深深吸引着买家呢?就此问题笔者访问了广发房地产公司的副总经理(高级工程师)全国权先生。
