文中指出，在市场经济条件下要重新考虑开展地质勘探工作的全过程，要根据科研单位和生产单位的成果和国外经验来建立地质勘探工作的新战略。给出了矿床勘探时的地质经济模拟原理图、模型的种类、内容和建立模型的步骤。指出了地质勘探工作的管理原则。已证明，采用地质经济模拟技术，可使勘探费用降低１５％～２０％以上。
The article points out that in the market economy to reconsider the whole process of geological exploration work, according to the scientific research units and production units and foreign experience to establish a new geological exploration work strategy. The geological economic simulation principle diagram, the type and content of the model and the steps of establishing the model are given. Pointed out the management principles of geological exploration work. Proved that the use of geological and economic simulation technology, exploration costs can be reduced by 15% to 20% or more.
